Women’s Health & Pregnancy Calculators
Plan your cycle, your pregnancy and life with a new baby — from fertile days and due date to healthy weight gain and calories while breastfeeding.
How to use these calculators
Women’s nutritional needs change through every stage of life. If you are tracking your cycle or trying to conceive, the period calculator predicts your next periods and the ovulation calculator shows your most fertile days. Once you are expecting, the due date calculator shows how far along you are and your key milestones.
During pregnancy, “eating for two” is a myth — the pregnancy calorie calculator shows the modest extra energy you need in each trimester, and the pregnancy weight gain calculator tracks healthy gain week by week based on your pre-pregnancy BMI. After birth, the breastfeeding calorie calculator helps you eat enough to support milk supply while losing baby weight gently. These tools support — but never replace — care from your doctor or midwife.
Frequently asked questions
Can these calculators be used as contraception?
No. Period and ovulation predictions are estimates; ovulation can shift from cycle to cycle.
How accurate is a due date calculator?
It gives a good estimate, but your first-trimester dating scan is more accurate. Most babies arrive between 38 and 42 weeks.
Do I need extra calories in early pregnancy?
Usually not in the first trimester. Needs rise by about 340 kcal a day in the second and about 450 kcal a day in the third.
