These Terms of Use apply to your use of nutricares.org and the online nutrition services of Nutricare, the practice of Dr. Rida Saeed. By using the website, booking a consultation or creating a course account, you agree to these terms.
Our services
We provide online nutrition consultations, custom diet plans, educational articles and free online courses. Consultations take place by video call or WhatsApp. Our services support general health and wellbeing; they are not emergency care and do not replace your doctor (see our Medical Disclaimer).
Booking and payment
- Bookings made through the website or WhatsApp are requests until we confirm them on WhatsApp or by email.
- Prices are shown in UAE dirhams (AED) unless stated otherwise. You pay only after your booking is confirmed, using the payment method we share with you.
- Cancellations, rescheduling and refunds are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Your responsibilities
- Give accurate and complete information about your health, medications and allergies, and tell us about any changes.
- Keep following your doctor’s advice and tell your doctor about changes to your diet, especially if you have a medical condition, are pregnant or take medication.
- Keep your course account password secure and do not share your account.
- Use the website lawfully and do not try to disrupt or misuse it.
Free courses and accounts
Course accounts are free and for personal use. We may update or withdraw course content, and we may close accounts that are misused or used to send spam.
Intellectual property
All content on this website, including articles, courses, diet plans, images and the Nutricare name and logo, belongs to Nutricare or is used with permission. You may read, download and print content for your own personal use. You may not copy, sell or republish it without our written permission. Diet plans prepared for you are for your personal use only.
Results
Everyone’s body and circumstances are different. We do not guarantee any particular result, such as a specific amount of weight loss or improvement in a medical condition.
Limitation of liability
We provide our website and services with reasonable care and skill. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss caused by information you did not give us, by not following advice, or by events outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer-protection law.
